Be Thankful for the Post-Thanksgiving Letdown


The last of the turkey has been eaten.


The final bites of stuffing, cranberry salad, and pumpkin pie have been taken.


The endless stream of football games has tapered off.


The feeling of being “over-stuffed” has finally gone away.


And the ever-present stream of reminders about how important “living in gratitude” is to your life and health has slowed to a trickle.


Don’t worry about the lack of turkey, stuffing and pie.


Don’t worry about there being fewer football games to watch.


But DO WORRY about forgetting to feel and express gratitude.
